If you are looking to create a 1-to-many campaign for a go-to-market (GTM) or marketing-based promotional campaign, you can easily do so by using the Persona function of the platform. This will allow you to segment your contacts by their Adoption Curve Persona (Innovators, Early Adopters, Late Adopters, etc.) and the percentage breakdown of each, making it easy to tailor your marketing efforts by segment strategically. Moreover, you will also see each persona’s top archetype and persuasion angle so you can develop messaging that is more resonant for your target audience, and therefore more likely to engage and convert.
Step 1: Log into the Wrench platform and Click on “Personas” in the lefthand navigation.
Step 2: Click on “Run Persona Service”
This step may take several seconds to complete.
Step 3: See Your Persona Breakdown by Percentage
Once your persona data loads, you will see a pie chart with the breakdown in percentage, allowing you to see how your contacts fall across the adoption curve.
Step 4: Learn About What Makes Your Personas Tick
Hover over each persona to learn more about each one’s archetype, and key characteristics that can inform how you begin to shape your messaging to each one.
Step 5: Click on a Specific Persona to Learn More
In the Persona navigation, click on a specific Persona Profile to get more information, including suggestions for your marketing and sales strategies, recommendations on actions to take to reach them, and what to avoid.
Step 6: Create Content for a Specific Persona
At the bottom of the Persona Profile page, you’ll see the content creation section where you can generate messaging.
- Campaign: Choose the type of content you want to generate (Example: Cold outreach).
- Type: Choose the content format (Example: Email).
- Goal: Choose the call-to-action you want to include in your content type (Example: “Learn More”).
Click “Create” to generate your content. At the bottom of your content are the following options: re-generate another content if you don’t like the first round, copy the content to paste elsewhere, save the content to your account for access later, “thumbs down” the content to teach the model that the content wasn’t a good fit.
Very likely, you will need to edit the copy to ensure you are using the right tone for your brand and audience. If you complete your edits in the text window, your final copy will save to your account, and you will be able to access it again or repurpose it for another campaign.
As you move this persona audience through the buyer’s journey, continue to use the content generator to create 1-to-Many messaging as you transition from cold outreach to nurturing, and ultimately to onboarding and beyond.
