Job Title: Machine Learning and DevOps Engineer

Job Duties:

Build, maintain, and manage platforms for streamlined and logical data pipelines used in AI-driven personalization applications through leveraging machine learning, deep learning, statistical analysis, and savvy data selection for Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL), Extract, Load, Transform (ELT), and automation processes using Python, SQL and an understanding of Cloud Architecture;

Work closely with product and data science teams to build and improve the foundation, platforms, and structures that enable innovative data products. This involves building and deploying Cloud solutions using either Amazon Webservices or Google Cloud Platform and related serverless technologies;

Manage both structured and unstructured data using Python, Pandas, SQL including PostgreSQL, Docker, PyTorch in a business context;

Perform data sourcing, selection, ingestion, and mapping using Python, Pandas, and SQL;

Participate in business planning and data acquisition using REST APIs to communicate between services and enable dataflows using Python and SQL and product line planning with the executive team using business administration knowledge or experience and understanding of cloud architecture and data engineering;

Aid in the creation, automation, production, and tuning of advanced analytical models that ingest data to provide actionable insights and outputs using Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Natural Language Understanding (NLU) techniques for text and analytical models using NLP, and NLU techniques;

Manage data engineering teams, guide projects from conception to implementation, ensuring high-quality deliverables and application insights using leadership skills and demonstratable knowledge about management styles;

Apply machine learning techniques and algorithms to solve complex business problems and implement new Machine Learning solutions to enhance business processes and customer experience across multiple industries using a deep understanding of machine learning applications and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions;

Perform analytical modeling across multiple industries, showing the ability to adapt and apply solutions to various business contexts utilizing advanced analytical skills and experience with predictive modeling, clustering, and optimization;

Ensure the security of applications and data through the implementation of best practices and security frameworks complying with security standards in cyber security;

Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and high performance. using communication skills, a commitment to knowledge sharing, and a background in management, finance, and business administration.

Degree Requirement: Master's degree in Machine Learning, Business Analytics, or a closely related field. Foreign degree accepted.

Special Requirements:

Demonstrable knowledge of and prior experience in:

·       Building and deploying Cloud solutions using either Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and related serverless technologies;

·       Proficiency in Python, Pandas, SQL including PostgreSQL, Docker, Pytorch in a business context;

·       Data sourcing, selection, ingestion, and mapping using Python, Pandas, and SQL;

·       Managing data engineering teams and guiding projects from conception to implementation;

·       Applying machine learning techniques and algorithms to solve complex business problems including but not limited to predictive modeling, clustering, and optimization;

·       Using Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Natural Language Understanding (NLU) techniques for text;

·       Using REST APIs to communicate between services and enable dataflows using Python and SQL;

·       Knowledge of best practices and security frameworks complying with security standards in cyber security.
