Looking for an easy way to create content in the Wrench app and test its effectiveness in HubSpot? You're in the right place. Below are the steps for a seamless transition from content creation in Wrench to A/B testing in HubSpot.
1. Accessing the Persona Section:
Begin by clicking on the 'Persona' section located in the left-hand navigation panel.
Here, you can view and study various personas in detail, understanding their archetype, outreach strategies, population percentage, and comparative scoring.
2. Creating Content:
Dive into specific personas like influencers, innovators, or early adopters.
These content templates might need some tweaking to fit your specific requirements. Remember, they are templates to guide your process.
Edit, add, and adjust content directly in the Wrench app. Once edited, the content becomes ready for other platforms, such as HubSpot or social media campaigns.
3. Transition to HubSpot:
In HubSpot, find a workflow example that demonstrates A/B testing.
This workflow will display various branches, allowing you to segment messaging based on the persona, enabling clear performance analysis for each campaign.
For example, when focusing on 'innovators', paste the content you copied from the Wrench app into the appropriate email within HubSpot.
4. Formatting and Settings:
Ensure the pasted content has been well-formatted and looks professional.
Navigate to the settings and update the fields relevant to the content of the email.
5. Nurturing and Additional Triggers:
After ensuring the email content is set up correctly, add more triggers in the workflow, aiming to nurture your target personas, such as innovators or influencers.
6. Repeat for Other Campaigns:
Navigate back to the Wrench app and select the desired persona's content.
Copy it and head back to HubSpot, choosing the corresponding campaign (like the Outreach Influencers campaign), and then edit and paste the content.

Currently, there's manual copy-pasting between the Wrench app and HubSpot. However, we're diligently working towards automating this process. Soon, the content from Wrench will be directly transferred to HubSpot, making the process even more streamlined.
