To get the security token for your Salesforce account:
1. In the mailbox for the email address associated with the Salesforce account to be used by the Coveo connector, look for the latest email message received from support@salesforce.com with subject: salesforce.com security token confirmation.
If you cannot find the latest email with security token, reset the security token:

There are two ways of making the security token never expire.
1. You can make a Permission Set with the Password Never Expires permission and assign it to your user account (affects only yourself).
2. Or you can change the Password Policies so that passwords never expire (affects all users in your org)
Some people reported that the first option no longer works. It might work for some system administrator profiles. I can't guarantee. If you can't find it, reset the security token by logging into Salesforce, going to Setup, selecting Reset My Security Token under My Personal Information, and following the instructions. Additionally, you can make a Permission Set with the Password Never Expires permission or change the Password Policies to make the security token never expire.
